Energy
Plus Red (EPR) is supplied by Jayne Products Inc. to major
refineries by bulk delivery. It is superior in cleaning crude
oil, gas oils, and lubricant spills. It has more viscosity
and therefore stays on the spill longer vs. running off to
the drain. It rinses off the surface better, therefore leaving
a surface that is neither slippery nor sticky to walk on. It
complies with all effluent and SCAQMD, VOC regulations.
EPR
is safe to use, has a neutral pH, is non-toxic, odorless,
non-flammable, and has excellent rinse ability. It is the most
cost effective refinery cleaner available and is supplied
ready to use. This assures VOC rule compliance and eliminates
over use of a non-diluted cleaner, resulting in substantially
lowered cost.
EPR
is a versatile cleaner that has various cleaning applications
within oil refineries. It can be used to clean up all types
of spills including crude oil, heavy gas oils, and chemical.
In addition, EPR can be used to clean tools and equipment
to help make sure they operate at peak efficiency. EPR
has been used for over 20 years by such refineries as Chevron,
BP, Shell, Mobil and Conoco Phillips. It is utilized
by numerous refinery units including the coker, hydrocracker,
and HDS. Simple to use yet very effective, EPR has proven
to be the most cost effective cleaner available for refinery
clean-up and maintenance applications.
